policy:
    1) find a medium you find interesting
    -> mail to list with:
        - name / location / desription of medium
        - whether you want to maintain that medium or looking for
someone else
        - or an alternative form of maintaining
        - whether any one has any objection (needs to argumentation)
        no objection + someone to maintain:
            - document that we maintain this medium, how and who.
            - start using is.
        no objection, but nobody to maintain
            - document as wished for and looking for maintaner
            - don't use unless there is a maintainer
        objection:
            - move to the list to be discussed for next meeting.
            - don't use yet
